Can I price in another currency, in square metres, or with VAT?

Yes — it was the biggest request from operators outside North America. Choose from 31 currencies and every figure is formatted the local way, 3.647,80 € as readily as $3,647.80. Room size switches between square feet and square metres on the field itself. Tax is a free numeric field at any rate, you can set a separate rate for food and beverage, and you can price net (tax added on top) or gross (VAT already included).

Can I customize the inputs?

Yes, and more than the inputs. Alongside room size, setup style, season and demand, you can edit the base rate per square foot or metre, your target margin, and the day-of-week weighting behind every quote. Presets cover a balanced property, a corporate house that discounts Monday and Friday, and a social or weekend house — and you can hand-edit all seven days.

What's RevPASH and why does it matter?

Revenue per Available Square Foot per Hour — the measure of whether your function space is actually earning. The calculator shows it on every quote as revenue per 1,000 sq ft per hour, or per 100 m² when you're working in metric.

Will this replace my current software?

No. Think of it as the pricing step that feeds your proposal process. Generate the rates, print a one-page quote sheet for the client or export to CSV, then carry those numbers into your CRM or sales and catering system.
