It is an AI agent built into Event Temple, the sales platform for hotels, that reads every group, meeting and event inquiry as it arrives, classifies it, extracts the booking details, and can create the booking in your pipeline automatically. It works around the clock, on the same bookings and pipeline your hotel sales team already uses.
Which inquiries does it work on?
Emails forwarded to your Event Temple inbox are read and classified by the agent. Intake form and Booking Engine submissions land in the same inbox and become bookings automatically, so every inquiry from every channel sits in one place.
Does it reply to planners on its own?
Not today. Your team sends every reply. Ask AI drafts it for them with the booking details already filled in, and they can accept, regenerate or edit the draft before it goes out. Replying on its own to gather missing details is on the roadmap.
What happens when an email is not a new inquiry?
The agent labels it and routes it. Newsletters and other noise are cleared automatically. Changes, questions and cancellations are flagged as needing action, so they reach a person instead of turning into a duplicate lead.
Can we control what the AI does?
