Event Temple is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing, based in downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Score Card Of this Position:

To be successful in this role, you must grow MQLs and Traffic by 5-10X in a year 1 and by 3X per year for the next 2 years after that.

Goals Of This Position:

Hit our Traffic, MQL and SQL growth goals monthly and annually.

Create and implement marketing playbooks.

Do the work, then recruit and coach others to execute tactics while building, developing and measuring strategic work.

Successfully build our marketing team around successful playbooks.

Next Steps:

Compensation is dependent on your experience and projected impact and will be a combination of salary, bonus and accelerators.
