We are thrilled to announce that Maria Käll will be joining Event Temple as our Director of Customer Success, Europe. Maria brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the hotel industry. Her impressive background working in meetings and events for over a decade, along with her expertise in building and scaling teams, further solidifies her as an invaluable addition to our team.
Most recently, she played a pivotal role in setting up Event Temple for a multi-property group, where she acted as their in-house specialist and was the internal trainer for staff involved in all meetings and events at the properties. Her responsibilities included working closely with Event Temple, Mews, and BI solutions to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences.
Maria has also previously made significant contributions at Nordic Choice (now Strawberry).Throughout her tenure, she played a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Central Group Reservation system, which helped to grow bookings across multiple properties. Additionally, Maria was actively involved in updating internal systems, ensuring that the technology used by the organization remained up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
