European Account Manager

Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for a European Account Manager.
• This is an exciting opportunity as you will be our first full-time hire in Europe.
• In this position, your main focus will be on building relationships with prospects and customers.
• Ultimately, you will assist us in growing and expanding our European team and footprint

Responsibilities:

• Manage new sales inquiries
• Manage a sales pipeline of ongoing activities
• Performing software demos via screen share
• Close business and maintain a monthly sales quota
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Act as a communication liaison for sales and support requests
• Train new customers on how to utilize Event Temple

Qualifications:

• Background in software sales (ideally hospitality technology)
• Outgoing, social and friendly
• Excellent communication and organization
• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• Very process oriented and organized
• You are naturally positive and the little things don’t bother you
• Highly ambitious and motivated

Bonus points for:

• Previous experience prospecting
• Understanding of Sales and Catering systems
• Experience training customers
• Familiarity working with CRMs
• Understanding of hotel sales processes
• Fluency in additional languages
