AdWords Specialist (Contract)

We are hiring a Google AdWords Specialist on a 3 month contract to join our fast-growing team.

You will report directly to our Marketing Coordinator. They will work with you to create the necessary content including webinars, copywriting, landing pages, design, link building, as well as coordinate marketing projects so that you can stay focussed on data and funnel measurement.

As our Google AdWords Specialist you you will be responsible for:

• Setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns designed to generate sales qualified leads. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within Google
• Managing ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
• Analyzing campaign data and building out strategy recommendations on a monthly basis

Our Ideal Candidate Has The Following Skills:

• Setting up, running and measuring Pay Per Click campaigns using Google Adwords
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and website traffic analysis
• Able to set-up UTMs, cookie tracking, conversion goal tracking and more
• Experience running A/B tests

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Very data oriented with a strong focus on the details
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly ambitious and motivated
• Metrics/numbers focussed – everything must be a measurable funnel

Bonus points for:

• Background working in SaaS, E-commerce or Marketing Agency
• University degree or equivalent

Compensation: 

• 3 month contract at $3000-$5000 CAD/month
• Compensation will depend on experience
• Opportunity for full-time position after contract is complete. Must show a 100% ROI on the project and meet specific KPIs set out at the beginning of the contract
